General Questions

Travel Divas® is a on-line travel company that curate group travel events and sell them to our target audience. Travel Divas is owned by Premier Travel One. Travel Divas® is not a travel agency. 

Yes, we are certified with IATAN. We also hold a $5M general liability insurance policy and Errors & Omissions Insurance.

We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 1 pm to 6 pm. We respond very quickly via email at info@thetraveldivas.com. You can also message us on Facebook here: http://m.me/traveldivas 

Sorry but we do not provide quotes for individuals or groups.

Travel Divas cater to anyone looking to travel. Our ideal clients tend to be the professional, high performing woman that need to step away from their day-to-day reality or been ordered by their therapist to make travel a part of their self-care regime. Men are also welcomed as we know sometimes you just need to away with BAE.

We are not currently hiring at this very moment but please check back as we will be opening new positions soon as we are growing fast. 

Travel Divas is a NOT membership-based service. You can however become a member of our Facebook. Join our Facebook group to connect with other travelers and stay on top of new Travel Divas trips and news.

 

Payment Questions

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Please more about Travel Insurance here. 

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Reservation Questions

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.

You can make monthly payments several ways. Many of our clients are on auto-pay. But you can also visit our website home page, www.thetraveldivas.com  and click the “Account Login” link in the top right corner. You will also receive emails monthly regarding your payments and there will be a link to view your account history and make a payment if needed.

Yes, Travel Divas has a Roommate Match Guarantee. This means we guarantee to match you with someone or you will have a single room without any additional cost. For more information, visit our Roommate Match Page.

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room. (This does not apply if we roommate match you.)

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email. We try to get itineraries finalized sooner and if we do you will receive it via email.
