GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Who are Travel Divas?
    • Travel Divas is a full service on-line travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups. Travel Divas is owned by Premier Travel One.

  • Is Travel Divas a certified and licensed company?
    • Yes, we are certified with IATAN and CLIA. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance policy and E&R insurance.

  • What are your hours?
    • We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 1pm to 6pm. We respond very quickly via email at info@thetraveldivas.com.

  • Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?
    • Yes, we provide quotes for private groups of 10 or more. A $100 deposit is required and will be used as a credit on your travel reservations. $100 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please start here.

  • Is Travel Divas just for women?
    • No. Travel Divas cater to anyone looking to travel. Our ideal clients tend to be the professional man or woman that would like to step away from their day-to-day reality and see the world.

OTHER QUESTIONS

  • Are you hiring?
    • Yes. We are looking for Interns. We hire interns for college credit for the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. Interns must be studying in the field of marketing or business.

  • How can I become a member of the Travel Divas?
    • Travel Divas is a NOT membership. We are a company that provides travel services. Anyone thatloves to travel and make a priority to travel is a Travel Diva or a Travel Dude.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

  • What payments do you accept?
    • For group events, we accept online payments or mail in payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. For mail-in payments, we accept personal checks, money orders and certified checks. Please note personal checks will not be accepted 60 days before event to commence. For individual reservations (private reservations), we accept credit card authorization forms and credit card over the phone with a 3.5% fee.

  • Do you provide refunds?
    • No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservations is accepted. To protect your investmest, each and every client is encourage to purchase travel insurance.

  • Do I have to make a monthly payment each month?
    • You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

  • What happens if I make my payments, but my roommates fails to pay?
    • You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

RESERVATION QUESTIONS

  • Can I make reservations on an event after the payments have begun?
    • Yes, you can make reservations on any event at anytime as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

  • What happens after I make my reservations?
    • Once you make your reservations, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is is defaulted to charge your credit card every month or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.

  • After I make my first reservation, how do I make monthly payments?
    • You can make monthly payments several ways. Visit our website home page,www.thetraveldivas.com  and click on the link “make monthly payment” in the top right hand corner.

  • Do you provide roommate matching?
    • Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available.

  • What happens if my roommate drops out and cancel their reservations?
    • If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package priceaccording to the new occupancy in your in room.
